SENSATIONS
IN APPEARANCE
Green color with golden reflections.
AROMA
Precious opening with enveloping notes of green artichoke and white almond. There are
also clear memories of aromatic herbs that grow in the tasting, evoking fresh sensations of
savory, rosemary, and mint.
TASTE
Bitter and spicy are in perfect balance and alternate in taste without interruption in the
very long and decisive finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Pappardelle with wild mushrooms, ice cream, truffles, passatelli, beef
carpaccio, baked fish, vegetable dishes, boiled meats.
