This olive oil has a broad, enveloping, and complex aroma with vegetal and fresh herb notes, hints of artichoke, almond, and elegant sensations of thyme and mint.

TASTE

It opens with distinctly balsamic notes and a sensation of almonds and artichoke. The
slight bitterness and spiciness are in balance.
