Itrana 2025 – 500ml

Grown at an altitude of 350 meters near the mill, olive groves with a traditional “cone-shaped”
spacing. The olives are harvested in the first days of October when they are still green and not
fully mature. The harvest is done exclusively by hand with nets on the ground, without the use of
mechanical aids. The serigraphed bottle has a contrasting matte/glossy design that recalls the
cement tiles used to decorate the Cathedral of Perugia and Umbrian churches. Extra virgin olive oil. Limited production of 1000 bottles.
