We produce traditional Umbrian oils such as Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo, which boast the much-prized DOP Colli Martani certification, but our approach to business reaches further than that.

like Itrana and Ascolana Tenera, which are not common in the area, to see how they adapt to the region.
